Customer ReviewsGreat quality and Performance

This is a quality Unit that belies that its made in China. If from the US or Germany this Light would probably cost 3X the price.. Very satisfied. If you need a small Light that is as bright as larger units, this the one for you. I was worried when I realized I had ordered a product made in China but Trust me, This little Torch is feels like BMW all over and a real pleasure to work with. A Score.

This little light is powerful, and the batteries last. I use this light for navigating my boat before daylight going duck hunting. Went hunting about 12 or 15 times since I purchased the light a month ago and use it to air the dogs every night and still on the original batteries. Its small and I keep it in my hand in my hand warmer pocket, and pull it out of my pocket as I need it. No more bulky spot lights or flash lights to deal with. Its well worth the money and a bargain compared to other lights of this size and power. This mighty mite gets 5 stars.
beats the surefire!

ordered this product a month ago, works GREAT! and it does not consume battery as much as my surefire does (probably because it is LED), its nice to be able to change the power output (60 lumens or 225 lumens) works well when you want to save on power. construction quality is awesome, its like crush proof, bullet proof, tank proof etc. in short, seems indestructible! ill choose this anytime over surefire...
well built

Pros:
It doesnt feel cheap and its pretty small for such a powerfull flashlight.
Cons:
The battery life in the turbo mode only lasts for about two hours or less.
These batteries are expensive and they ran out quickly so you do want to get rechargable batteries and a charger.
Better with one 18650 rechargeable battery

The TK11 is such an outstanding flashlight that it puts Fenix in the same league as Surefire in terms of build quality, while being far ahead in terms of innovation (Surefire seems to have somewhat missed the boat on high-powered LEDs, that is why they do not offer more than 100 Lumen LED lights).
And let us not forget that it sells at a fraction of an L5 or L2, not to mention a U2.
I have been collecting and using flashlights as an outdoorsman for many years, and to me the top two brands today for small, high-powered LED flashlights are JetBeam and Fenix.
I would rate the Fenix K11 as being superior to the JetIII Pro I.B.S. or Ultra because it is more rugged, its forward-clickie switch is far easier to operate and its power regulation is also better.
Heat is also not an issue with the TK11, probably because of its greater mass.
Compared to smaller Fenix lights like the P2D and P3D, the TK11 is on a completely different level in terms of sturdiness: just the tailcap alone weighs more than the body of the P2! As for the finish, the TK11 is a very smooth matte anodized, with a perfect color match between the different parts, unlike many Surefires.
The only caveat I have for TK11 buyers is the following: if you plan to use it mostly with CR123 non-rechargeable cells, then buy the TK10 instead the TK11 will accept 2xCR123s but it is designed to accommodate the wider 18650 rechargeable, meaning that the CR123s will rattle inside the battery tube.
A single 18650 rechargeable cell in the TK11 will give you a better battery life than 2 CR123s or 2 rechargeable RCR123s in the TK10, that is why I would choose the TK11 for everyday use.
Another important difference between the TK10 & the more recent TK11 is the reflector: the TK10 uses a textured reflector, the TK11 a smooth one. The beam from a textured reflector is more even, with a more gradual transition between the hot spot (the center of the beam) and the spill (the periphery of the beam), whereas the smooth reflector provides a more concentrated beam, and therefore a better throw (range).
I also recommend choosing a good brand of battery, like Ultrafire or Tenergy (the Ultrafire WF-139 charger is also very good).

Dec.12 update: Fenix is soon to release the TK11 with the latest version of the Cree XR LED, the R2, which should gradually replace the Q5.
